Tomorrow Privacy & Data Use

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. This policy explains what data Tomorrow collects, how our AI voice assistant processes it, and how we keep your tasks and preferences safe.

Effective May 2026 Your Data, Your Control

1. The Information We Collect

To help you plan, execute, and reflect on your day, we collect:

  • Account Info: Your name and email when you sign in with Google or Apple, so your tasks and preferences sync across devices.
  • Task Data: Titles, notes, times, categories (Work, Home, Health, Social, Errands), completion status, and whether tasks are scheduled for today, tomorrow, or further ahead.
  • Voice Input: Audio from your AI assistant conversations, morning check-ins, evening reviews, and onboarding voice demos.
  • Routine Preferences: Your goals, morning and evening check-in alarm times, snooze/dismiss choices, and other onboarding settings.
  • Usage Data: Basic app activity such as feature usage and subscription status, to keep the service running smoothly and enforce plan limits (including monthly AI voice minutes).

2. How AI Processes Your Data (Important)

Tomorrow is voice-first. To understand what you say and keep your task list up to date, we securely send your voice recordings and related text to advanced AI models (such as Google Gemini) for processing.

Why? The AI interprets your spoken requests — adding, updating, completing, or removing tasks; helping you pick priorities during morning check-ins; and reflecting on your day during evening reviews — so you can stay hands-free.

Your Privacy: These AI providers are used strictly as processing tools. Your personal data is not used to train public AI models or shared with marketers.

3. Storage and Sharing

Your tasks, preferences, and progress history are stored securely in the cloud so your Today, Tomorrow, Past, and Future views stay in sync across your devices. We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with trusted infrastructure providers (such as Google Firebase) that host our app and help keep your data secure.

Check-in alarms run on your device using the times you configure. We store your alarm schedule in the cloud so it stays consistent when you sign in on another device.

4. Your Rights & Deletion

You own your data. If you decide to stop using Tomorrow, you can delete your account and all associated tasks, voice history, and preferences directly from the app settings, or by emailing us at ahmed.adel.contact@gmail.com.
